Scriptrax and its subsidiary companies are committed to maintaining the privacy and security of our customers' information. Only the minimum amount of information necessary to provide our services will be collected at the time of service. Personally identifiable information will not be shared at any time outside of our business relationship with a customer, except as allowed or required by state, and federal law, court order, and regulatory and accrediting bodies.

It is the policy of Scriptrax to ensure the security and confidentiality of all data provided to it by contracted entities, and to abide by all contractual obligations, laws and regulations governing such actions. Scriptrax and its vendors have developed policies, procedures, and processes to protect the transmission of, limit access to, and govern the use and disclosure of protected health information.
