In addition to formulary development, prior authorization
administration, step therapy programs and quantity edits,
we offer a patient-physician triage program. This program
is designed to make it easier for members and their physicians
to stay informed of changes or updates to formulary options.
We also provide access to a Clinical Pipeline, an information
resource to help clients and members stay well and well
informed.

Network pharmacies
We maintain a nationwide network of more than 60,000
participating chain and independent pharmacies—including
all major chains—making it easier for members to get the
prescription medications they need. Plus, we require each
pharmacy to meet specific credentialing standards, allow
audits and inspections, and negotiate reimbursement rates
in order to achieve even greater value for the plan sponsor
and your employees.
Claims processing
Scriptrax makes use of highly efficient claims processing 24 hours a day, seven days a week. All claims are verified for appropriate plan design from both financial and clinical perspectives, ensuring that each member receives the full advantage of their benefits.
